Hi, I'm Kate,
I'm a naturopath and post-graduated in orthomolecular nutrition and ayurveda.
I also became a Clinical Trauma specialist to help people like you break free and get to the other side of your pain.
Growing up in Arrábida, I developed a passion for medicinal plants with my grandparents and they wisdom about them. I started to realize, early on, the importance of medicinal plants and food for our physical and psychological balance. You can know more about my work here.
RetiraSi is my soul project, after 10 years organizing retreats, i felt that the best way to bring healing and mindfulness to each patient is to use integrative medicine in a unique context, in order to see each individual as a whole and to do this I put together an incredible team that is attentive to all the details and needs of each client.
Our team of practitioners comprises highly trained individuals who have honed their expertise through decades of study and practice in esteemed institutions and traditional medicine, guided by a deep reverence for ancient wisdom and a commitment to providing you with the highest level of care, our practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you on your path towards wellbeing.

QUINTA DA CONCEIÇÃO:
Quinta da Conceição Historic Country Retreat is a genuine hidden gem. Set in a private rural estate, the fully restored 1715 baroque manor house is a dream wedding and retreat venue with 12 charming suites and apartments sleeping up to 33 guests, grand living spaces, glorious gardens and a magnificent swimming pool.

We work with an independent network of nutritionally focused chefs offering a broad range of nourishing menu styles, such as ayurvedic, organic, plant-based or vegan, purifying and cleansing, raw food or paleo options, all with the freshest, locally sourced.
We also offer nutrition consultancy and detox programs.
Alternative Medicine
We use an integrative approach to treatment that extends and enhances health outcomes by looking outside of isolated symptoms towards a more holistic conception of health.
